Admitted Students


Welcome to Drury! Below you’ll find our Guide for New/Admitted Students to prepare you for success during your time here! Check out each link before you get on campus to find out more. 

  1. Your Drury Account: You will receive one email containing your email address and instructions to create a password for your Drury accounts within a few days of your enrollment at Drury. If you do not receive this email or have trouble logging in, please complete the Password Help Request Form.

  2. Email: Use your Drury account to check your email at outlook.office.com, and if you’d like, set up Drury email on your personal or mobile device by downloading the Outlook app.
  3. MyDrury: Login to my.drury.edu and take a look around. This is where you’ll find your class schedule, financial aid information, and more.
  4. Canvas: Visit drury.instructure.com and familiarize yourself with it. Canvas is Drury’s learning management system, where you will be able to log in to your classes each semester (classes will show up 7 days before the semester begins).
  5. Wireless: Drury has two Wi-Fi networks for you to use – the Drury Wi-Fi for campus-wide coverage and MyResNet for dorms and residence halls (see below). When you arrive on campus, use your Drury account to connect to Drury Wi-Fi.
  6. MyResNet: Check out information about MyResNet, our residential Wi-Fi and Cable service on campus, including a full channel line-up. You can create your account and pre-register your devices for immediate use on move-in day!
  7. Printing: Learn more about our printing on campus for students, including where printers are located and how to access PaperCut, our online printing application.
  8. Recommended Technology: If you haven’t yet decided on your computer needs while at Drury, check out our general technology specifications for student computers. We do recommend extended warranties for all devices!
  9. Getting Tech Help: Check out the Technology Services web site for answers to common questions and computer issues at drury.edu/tech-support. You can also request assistance using our ticketing software, email, or phone.

New Faculty & Staff


Below you’ll find our Technology Quick Start Guide for new Drury faculty and staff members.

  1.  Your Drury Account: You should receive one email containing your email address and instructions to create a password for your Drury accounts within a few days of the completion of your new hire paperwork. If you do not receive the email or have trouble logging in, please complete the Password Help Request Form. After activation, it may take up to 4 hours for your account to be available across all Drury systems.
  2. Email: We recommend using the Outlook app to manage your email. You can also access your email at any time by visiting outlook.office.com. And if you’d like, set up Drury email on your personal or mobile device by downloading the Outlook app.
  3. Voicemail: If applicable, you will receive directions to set up your voicemail within one business day of activating your Drury account. These instructions will include your temporary pin number and steps to customize your messages.
  4. MyDrury: Login to my.drury.edu and take a look around. This is where you’ll find the campus directory, Drury policies, your pay stubs and employment info, how to open facilities service requests, and more.
  5. Canvas: If you’re a faculty member, visit drury.instructure.com and familiarize yourself with it. Canvas is Drury’s learning management system, where you will be able to set up your classes each semester.
  6. Internet Connections: We recommend using wired Internet connections while working on campus. You can also connect to our wireless network, Drury Wi-Fi, by using your Drury account credentials and following these steps.
  7. Printing & Faxing: Drury supports HP printers, Xerox copiers/printers, and online faxing. Contact your manager to obtain your code for sending jobs to Xerox machines. For online faxing, access the XMediusFAX system.
