Student organization agrees to follow Drury University, FIPG, and National Office policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws.

Policy Agreements

Entrance & Exits: At 1 entrance, sober monitors check: if attendees are on the guest list, photo IDs with birthdays verifying attendees of legal drinking age, and names of attendees that have entered.

Student organization agrees that only one entrance will be used as the main entrance, the main entrance will be monitored, other entrances will be monitored to keep unwanted guests away, and all exits will be available and working as emergency exits.
Student organization agrees that the guest list and IDs will be checked at the main entrance.

Event Wristbands: Attendees of legal drinking age, with alcohol, get a non-removable wristband, and attendees not of legal drinking age or without alcohol get a hand stamp.

Student organization agrees that minors will be distinguished from legal drinking age attendees.

Alcohol Types & Amounts: Up to 6, 12 oz. cans or plastic bottles of beer/wine coolers/malt beverages are allowed; drinking games are prohibited.

Student organization agrees that alcohol will be checked at the main entrance.

Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Free, non-salty foods and non-alcoholic beverages equal to attendees are provided at 1 centralized location.
