You are invited to audition for a Performing Arts Activity Grant Scholarship to participate in our music ensembles or theatre productions while attending Drury University.
Please prepare a performance on your primary instrument using repertoire of your choice. We recommend selecting two contrasting pieces to best showcase your range of musical abilities. In addition, please include a few scales or rudiments relevant to your instrument.
Prepare two vocal solos in contrasting styles (e.g., aria, art song, folk song, or Broadway selection). Accompaniment is required—this may be live piano or a recorded track (e.g., YouTube). A cappella auditions are not preferred.
You may also audition on a secondary instrument in addition to your primary (for example, voice in addition to flute, or piano in addition to trumpet).
Please prepare either two contrasting monologues or one monologue and one musical theatre song.

If you’re able to visit campus for a live audition, we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient day and time. If you prefer to submit a video audition, you’ll be able to upload your video link through the form at the link below.
