This course is primarily intended for certified educators near the beginning of their professional service in teaching. Participates will learn about the appropriate mindset and motivational attitude necessary in the contemporary classroom, and how to develop their own efficiency, engagement and leadership. A focus on practical solutions will enable educators to meaningfully improve the wellbeing and educational outcomes of their students.
