Ashley Freeman

Instructor of Psychology

I attended Drury University (Class of 2015) and majored in Psychology and minored in Behavior Neuroscience. While at Drury, I was a member of Pi Beta Phi.  After Drury, I attended graduate school at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville where I received my masters in Clinical Child Psychology. From there, I worked for a year and a half at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis as a Neuropsychology Psychometrist working with patients suffering from TBIs and Dementia. I then went back to SIUE and received my specialist degree in School Psychology. Following graduation, I worked for St. Louis Special School District for four years in a Title 1 school as a School Psychologist. While there, I completed full evaluations to determine a students eligibility for Special Education Services and supported the schools development of MTSS. While at Special School District, I was selected to serve on the School Psychologists Area Leadership Team and the Related Services Advisory Committee.
