Golden Circle Weekend

Drury University > Alumni & Giving > Alumni Events > Golden Circle Weekend

Join us as we celebrate the Drury graduating class of 1975 at their induction as the newest members of the Golden Circle.  We will honor them at a luncheon on Friday, May 9th. They will then don regalia, have reserved seating, and be recognized from the podium during May Commencement on Saturday, May 10th. The fifty years that have passed since they graduated from Drury have been filled with countless adventures – and with a strong commitment to their alma mater. You can count on lots of memories and laughs being shared! The Golden Circle Weekend will culminate with the annual Drury Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony. Founded in 1951, the Distinguished Alumni Awards recognize individuals who have achieved professional and personal success and demonstrated exemplary service to their community and/or Drury University. More than 25 nominations were received this year and were reviewed and selected by the members of the Alumni Council. While the winners of this year’s DAAs won’t be announced until next month, it is unquestionably an impressive group of alumni who have changed the world for the better in so many ways.
