Title XI Coordinator
Jennifer was appointed to her current position in 2022. In addition to serving as the Director of Human Resources, Jennifer also serves as the University’s Title IX Coordinator. Jennifer joined Drury in 2007 as an Adjunct Instructor, a role she continues to hold when time allows. Jennifer has also served as Director of Faculty Support and Instructional Quality in Drury GO and as a Human Resources Generalist in the HR Department. Jennifer is responsible for contributing to the enhancement of the work environment within the University by providing a wide range of support and problem resolution in areas including employment, employee relations, performance management, employee discipline, university policies, university audits, FMLA, compliance with ADA, FLSA, and other related regulations and internal policies.
As a 1996 graduate of Drury University, Jennifer also holds a Master’s Degree from Missouri State University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her career in HR management has included several industries including technology, manufacturing, retail, and agricultural sales. Jennifer’s passion is helping employees thrive at Drury University.
