Walter Grimm is President of Leigh Investments Inc., and Leigh Management Group, LLC. Both organizations concentrate on private investments and consulting services. Mr. Grimm consults for a large Philippine company for their US operations and with Miami Nation Enterprises, a subsidiary of the Miami Indians, located in Miami Oklahoma. He is also the CFO of TriDharma One, LLC, which imports food products for resale into the United States.
From 2005 – 2010, Mr. Grimm did extensive business consulting in the area of real estate, real estate development and the financial services industry. From 1991 – 2005, Mr. Grimm was employed by BISYS Fund Services (formerly The Winsbury Company) as Senior Vice President, responsible for the area of Client Services and Relationship Management. BISYS Fund Services was the leading outsourcing company for the Administration, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency services provided to Mutual Funds. While at BISYS, Mr. Grimm served on nine Mutual Fund Boards and chaired eight of those relationships. Prior to joining The Winsbury Company, Mr. Grimm worked for and/or had ownership in several Midwestern Regional banks.
Mr. Grimm has been married for 48 years and is active in his home association as well as being treasurer of his church. He enjoys both golf and tennis as hobbies.
Mr. Grimm graduated from Drury University with Departmental Honors and received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
