Stephanie Red currently works as Vice President of Sales for Rise Baking Company, managing the Bentonville, Arkansas-based Walmart sales team with a dynamic portfolio of branded and private label baked goods. Her 20+ year career in manufacturing and retail has included roles as a buyer, and sales director across the health & beauty aids, chocolate, and baked goods industries.
Stephanie majored in Business Administration and Spanish at Drury University, earning her Bachelor of Arts in 2003. While at Drury, she was active in the Students in Free Enterprise organization and as part of Drury’s campus Greek Life. She went on to earn her Masters of Arts in Religion from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2018, and serves as volunteer Director of Christian Education at her Bentonville-area church.
She enjoys civic engagement and community outreach activities—her previous volunteer service work includes board positions for Trike Youth Theatre and the Arkansas Arts Academy Foundation, leadership positions in Parent-Teacher Organizations, and acting as co-director for the Bentonville Upward Basketball and Cheerleading League. She is also active in the Northwest Arkansas chapter of National Charity League. Stephanie’s favorite title is ‘mom,’ and she has been married to her husband, Shane, since 2003.
