FTJ employs over 350 people all over the US and is a licensed broker & Third Party Administrator (TPA) for both property & casualty and life and health programs in all 50 states. FTJ offers member benefits to over 90 national associations encompassing over 1.7 million members, with groups as diverse as the US Air & Space Force Association to The National Society of Accountants. FTJ is also the statewide broker for Missouri K-12 public schools operating the Missouri Educators Unified Health Plan (MEUHP), with over 100 Missouri public school educators health insurance and 403b retirement benefits. Jones & Company has been family owned and operated for almost 75 years and has spawned a sister AM Best rated “A” Excellent Life & Health carrier, Fidelity Security Life with over $1.7B in assets and a P&C carrier Fidelity Security Assurance Company licensed in 35 states.
Rick earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University located in beautiful Greencastle, IN in 1998, then moved to Springfield to work in media and attended Drury for his master’s degree, graduating from Drury in 2004. Rick is based in Kansas City, MO and is married with two children 11 and 13.
