Louis Griesemer holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Mine Safety Instructor with the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration.

Mr. Griesemer serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Erlen Group, a family of industrial companies with a focus on real estate development, mining and logistics. His career includes significant leadership roles, such as Past President of Springfield Underground Inc., Past President of the Missouri Limestone Producers Association and Past Chairman of the National Stone Sand & Gravel Association. In addition, he served on the boards of Willow Brook Foods, Burgers’ Smokehouse, the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Springfield Business Development Corporation. His extensive business acumen is complemented by a robust commitment to community service.

In the community, Mr. Griesemer has contributed in numerous leadership capacities, including Past President of the Springfield Catholic Schools Board, Past Chairman of the Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts Advisory Committee and Past President of the Ozark Trails Council, BSA. His exemplary service has been recognized through various awards, such as the Springfieldian Award from the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and the Alumni Achievement Award from the Washington University School of Engineering.
