The new Sigma Pi house, located on North Robberson, completes the multi-million dollar fraternity quadrangle at Drury University.
The fraternity resides with the other 3 houses of Lambda Chi Alpha, Kappa Alpha, and Sigma Nu. The joint project between the architectural firms of Rosemann & Associates of St. Louis and local firm John Oke-Thomas & Associates is estimated at approximately $1.4 million.
The house was financed by approximately $420,000 raised by Fraternity alumni and friends and nearly $1 million contributed by Drury University. The house contains over 10,000 square feet of floor space, 12 bedrooms with space for 28 students, separate apartment for the house director, the largest meeting room, chapter room, study, and front and back verandas.
