Adam is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all campus projectors, TVs, and audio systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and auditoriums. He ensures flawless audio and visual experiences for on-campus events, managing setup, operation, and live streaming, including major events like graduations and board meetings. Adam also oversees the administration of campus Zoom accounts, ensuring their functionality and accessibility for educational and administrative needs.

Daniel is responsible for maintaining and managing staff computers and peripherals, including imaging, installing, troubleshooting, and reallocating devices. He assists faculty and staff with computer setup and use, supervises student workers, and maintains computer labs. Daniel possesses extensive knowledge of both Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems and hardware, as well as commonly used applications like Microsoft Office. He uses software to automate device management, supports printers, and handles network cabling.

Derick coordinates Technology Services purchasing, billing and software licensing. He provides support for all projects in Technology Services. He performs regular inventory and assist in rotation schedule. He maintains a working relationship with each staff member to keep inventory and projects running on time and efficiently.

Jenny is in charge of managing, designing, and upgrading the Drury network and telecommunications systems.

Kevin is responsible for managing both physical and virtual servers.
He proactively monitors performance, evaluates new products and services, and maintains hardware such as servers, scanners, printers, and backup devices. Additionally, Kevin handles firmware upgrades, installation, configuration, and upgrades of applications. He oversees the Imaging System, VDI environment, and administers Office 365. Kevin also ensures security access, audits logs, manages Active Directory and Group Policy, and oversees backup and disaster recovery processes.

Teresa lives in Olathe, Kansas and works remotely for Drury. She started with Drury as a Programer/Analyst in 1995. In 2005, she left to work for Jenzabar and returned in 2009. She writes SQL scripts on Drury data for EX users, handles backups, and schedules jobs. Her responsibilities also include writing and maintaining Infomaker reports.

Rick began his career at Drury in 1993 but joined Technology Services in 2001. He oversees the planning, installation and maintenance of all Windows-based computers, projectors, and printers on Drury’s satellite campuses. This includes branch campus faculty, staff, and lab computers.
