Drury GO’s Employer Engagement Scholarship gives employees and dependents of partner organizations one free tuition credit hour each semester, worth $342, toward an evening or online degree through Drury GO. The scholarship applies directly to tuition on the student’s billing statement and renews once a new application is submitted for the following term. Employees do not need to upload proof of employment; Drury verifies current employment directly with the partner organization.

The scholarship covers one free credit hour per semester, currently valued at $342, applied as a tuition credit rather than a cash reimbursement. It covers tuition only and does not apply to student fees, technology fees, or textbooks. Because it is applied after the add or drop period each semester, the credit typically posts to the student’s account about two weeks into the term.

Eligibility starts with working for, or being a dependent of, one of Drury GO’s employer partners, being admitted to Drury GO as a degree-seeking student, and enrolling in at least 3 credit hours for the semester. There is no minimum length of employment, no full-time requirement, and no GPA or academic standing requirement. Applicants must also have a FAFSA on file.

The employer engagement scholarship can be combined with a Pell Grant and, depending on the partner’s own policy, with an employer’s tuition reimbursement program. It cannot be combined with another Drury institutional scholarship, and it does not reduce a student’s other financial aid because of a cost of attendance cap. Students should confirm stacking rules with their employer’s HR office before applying.

Students reapply every semester using the same application, since the benefit does not carry over from term to term. There is no fixed deadline, but applying before tuition is due, two weeks before the semester starts, ensures the credit is in place before billing. Applications submitted after the semester has started can still receive the credit as long as the term hasn’t ended.

A student who leaves their employer partner mid-semester keeps the scholarship for the term already in progress but will not qualify again the following semester unless they return to an eligible employer. Eligibility is reviewed each time a new application is submitted.
